About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Delivery Lead to drive the execution of product initiatives and customer outcomes within our teams. This is a highly embedded role where you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure work is delivered efficiently, predictably, and to a high standard.

You won’t just facilitate you’ll take ownership of execution, optimise team performance, and navigate risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to ensure value reaches customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of initiatives, from planning through to release and benefits realisation

• Create clear, realistic plans, proactively tracking progress and surfacing risks early

• Optimise team flow, pace, and quality through insight-led improvements

• Lead agile ceremonies with a focus on outcomes, not process

• Identify and remove blockers while managing cross-team dependencies

• Enable incremental delivery of meaningful customer outcomes

• Manage incidents and defects, ensuring root causes are addressed

• Provide clear, actionable insights on progress, risks, and performance

• Ensure alignment with broader business and portfolio priorities

About You

You’re a pragmatic, hands-on Senior Delivery Lead who thrives in product-led environments and knows how to get things done. You balance pace with quality and technical health, staying proactive in identifying challenges and driving outcomes.

A confident collaborator, you build alignment across Product, Engineering, and stakeholders, using data and insights to strengthen team performance and delivery predictability.

You’ll bring

• Experience in delivery roles within modern product and engineering teams

• Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and engineering practices (TDD, BDD, etc.)

• DevOps experience (CI/CD, observability, infrastructure as code)

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Strong Atlassian expertise (Jira, JPD, Compass, Analytics)

• Familiarity with GitHub workflows and release pipelines

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to uplift team performance
