About the role
You’ll deliver community-based Occupational Therapy services to NDIS participants — primarily young adults — supporting them to build independence and work towards employment or further education.
Your work will include:
- Functional assessments and capacity building
- Delivering practical, evidence-based interventions
- Writing NDIS reports, assessments, and recommendations
- Working alongside participants, families, and support networks
- Managing your own caseload with flexibility and support
- Contributing ideas as we grow and shape the OT service
This role suits OTs who enjoy working independently in the community and making a real impact in everyday outcomes.
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
- Has allied health experience (NDIS helpful, not essential)
- Is confident with assessments, interventions, and report writing
- Communicates effectively with participants and stakeholders
- Can travel across Chatswood and surrounding areas
- Is motivated by person-centred, strengths-based practice
