Process Operator

About this Position

Henkel Adhesives is in search of a Process Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing hot melt adhesives in accordance with batch sheets, control documents, and standard operating procedures. Working with mixing vessels and production equipment, you will ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.

What You´ll Do

• Operate mixers and associated production equipment within the hot melt manufacturing area.
• Manufacture and adjust hot melt adhesive batches in accordance with batch sheets and specifications.
• Weigh and prepare raw materials accurately to support production requirements.
• Conduct batch sampling and routine quality control testing, including viscosity checks.
• Package finished products and operate relevant fill-out and packaging equipment.
• Maintain equipment, perform housekeeping duties, and ensure work areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Follow all OHS policies, procedures, safety drills, and participate in audits and training activities.
• Monitor equipment performance, take measurements, and identify or report operational faults.

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
• Previous manufacturing or process operation experience is advantageous.
• Basic chemical knowledge or experience working with chemical products is desirable.
