We are hiring experienced VR GPs for our Community-Centred Urgent Care Clinic in Bathurst, with dedicated FIFO/DIDO support for practitioners travelling to the region. This role offers consistent clinical work, comprehensive support, and genuine flexibility in shift scheduling. Ideal for GPs seeking stable, well-supported employment without the constraints of traditional locum arrangements.

About the role

– Management of urgent, non-life-threatening presentations

– Acute care, minor injuries, acute illness, and minor procedures

– Structured clinical environment with established protocols

– ED-trained nursing support, admin and IT systems

– Flexible scheduling: any day of the week, ad hoc or regular shifts, no on-call or overnight hours
