About the Role

As a Retail Food & Beverage team member, you’ll play a vital role in providing fans with high-quality food and beverage service across our broad range of outlets. Whether you're serving a refreshing drink, preparing delicious meals, or greeting fans with a smile, you’ll embody our Fans First philosophy and deliver fast, efficient, and friendly service.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Serve a variety of food and beverages tailored to each event.
  • Assist in setting up, stocking, and packing down outlets.
  • Ensure fans receive exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Uphold food safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards.
  • Learn and adapt to new menu offerings each season.

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to adapt to changing requirements and follow instructions.
  • Experience in quick-serve restaurants is desirable but not essential.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
