The Role
Anglicare are currently seeking to hire a Process Analyst - Business Optimisation to join our team based in our corporate office in Fortitude Valley. This role will make a real difference by focusing on undertaking process redesign by analysing, standardising and optimising business processes. The Process Analyst - Business Optimisation will gather requirements, develop refreshed and new processes and work with cross-functional teams to bring the new processes to life.
This work supports a program of service improvement enabling Anglicare Southern Queensland to achieve its objective of becoming a high performing, client-centred organisation
How you will make help us make a difference
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and key outcomes.
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks and areas for business improvement.
- Take in information & apply a range of business analytic tools (e.g. process maps, flowcharts, work shadowing) for effective process documentation and make meaning of context and content. Be able to use both high low-technology approaches.
- Critically review current business practices, influencing stakeholders when creating future state process designs/service models to ensure optimised for efficiency and business outcomes.
- Partner with client facing teams to support and collaborate on business process reviews to gain shared understanding and buy-in.
- Support the translation of service programs into business specifications for the benefit of corporate teams supporting service delivery.
- As required, be a bridge between service delivery and corporate teams when working through process design issues eg. translate into practice.
- To support adoption, develop detailed future state process maps/workflows and other relevant documentation.
- Act as the process subject matter expert (SME) to other Anglicare teams when process maps and supporting documentation outputs need to be translated into employee-facing materials e.g. procedures, checklists.
What our team are looking for
- Current National Police Check (or ability to attain)
- Current Queensland Driver Licence and own reliable vehicle
- Degree in Business, Health, Human Services or related field
- Ability and willingness to travel across Anglicare as required
- Demonstrated knowledge of process methodologies and change management principles
- Demonstrated knowledge of person and client centred principles and frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication & facilitation skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Team products including Word, Visio, Excel
