About the Opportunity

As a Food Services Assistant, you’ll play an important role in residents’ daily comfort and wellbeing. You’ll help prepare, plate, and serve meals while ensuring dining areas remain clean, welcoming, and personcentred. Your care, attention, and respect for individual preferences help turn everyday moments into meaningful ones.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain dining spaces — keep rooms clean, tidy, and inviting
• Prepare and serve meals in line with our Food Safety Program
• Support dietary needs — ensure residents receive correct meals for their nutritional requirements
• Provide warm, professional service during all meal times

Who You Are

• Who We’re Looking For
• Hospitality or food service experience (aged care experience a bonus, not essential)
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Reliability and commitment to safety
• A genuine passion for supporting older people

Requirements

• Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening
• Proof of Covid19 vaccination (3 doses); annual flu vaccination encouraged
• Food Handling Certificate
