Business Analyst - Workplace Health Services Project Team

You will work with key stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to achieve organisational goals, delivering agreed projects deliverables for implementation of a new Health System, to a high quality within deadlines. The Business Analyst works closely with other teams to ensure the consistent and timely delivery of business objectives.You will drive innovation and automation within the organisation, helping the business optimise processes and improve service delivery to our clients.

The opportunity

  • Work within a fast-paced team delivering and implementing new Health System
  • Work for an organisation that is constantly evolving, innovating and future-proofing its ways of working
  • Help our Health teams optimise business processes and facilitate the implementation of a new CRM system
  • Collaborate on a large-scale project and produce deliverables from planning through to delivery, delivering value to the business first-hand
  • Work to meet outlined KPIs and Performance targets
  • Report thoroughly and regularly to the Manager Client Services (Project Owner) on project timelines and escalate project risks and issues in a timely manner

About the role

  • Work alongside the business to define, elicit and document requirements, business cases and specifications to implement a new CRM system for our health business.
  • Use a range of techniques including document analysis, research, stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify requirements and model the processes
  • Identify opportunities to optimise existing business processes and practices
  • Design and document the "as is" and "to be" state
  • Apply project management methodology and utilise your project management skills (Agile preferred)
  • Act as a conduit between management, business operations and information technology teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across roles and teams within the business
  • Continually improve service delivery for our business and our clients

About you

  • Extensive, demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Project management skills (Agile preferred).
  • Strong project management knowledge and experience
  • Experience managing Vendors and working alongside development teams
  • Strategic, analytical thinker with the ability to consider different viewpoints, develop ideas, identify critical gaps and propose solutions
  • Results driven with the energy, resilience and tenacity to meet deadlines and performance targets
  • High level of integrity, with the ability to think objectively and provide impartial and forthright advice
