Make a meaningful impact every day by supporting older people to live independently at home. Royal Freemasons is seeking a motivated and positive Client Coordinator to join our wellestablished Home Care Team and help deliver exceptional, personcentred services across the community.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an energetic and committed Client Coordinator to join our vibrant Community Services Team. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to our Home Care program, ensuring older adults receive highquality support tailored to their needs, preferences and goals.
You’ll work on a rotating roster between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work from home part of the week. Your primary base will be our Moubray Street office in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service
Coordinate rosters that reflect client needs and preferences
Build strong relationships with clients, families, care staff and external providers
Complete general administrative tasks (invoicing, mailouts, documentation)
Promote Royal Freemasons as a trusted provider of choice
Essential Skills & Experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong problemsolving ability and a proactive, “cando” attitude
High computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong organisation, attention to detail and reliability
Confidence managing competing priorities
Willingness to participate in a monthly oncall rotation
Solid understanding of Community Aged Care
Highly regarded: Rostering or scheduling experience, familiarity with systems such as eCase PHC, the ability to speak a second language, and relevant qualifications such as a Certificate in Community Aged Care.

- Hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Meet mandatory screening requirements for all staff, contractors, labourhire personnel and volunteers before commencing
