What will you do?

You’ll lead the development of media measurement frameworks, drive performance insights, and ensure our media and technology ecosystems are working together to deliver optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development of measurement frameworks and reporting across media activity, partnering with agencies and internal analytics teams
  • Analyse campaign and channel performance, delivering actionable insights to inform optimisation and strategy
  • Lead and develop the Tag Management Specialist, building capability in tracking, analytics, and marketing technology
  • Oversee tracking, tagging and data governance practices across all digital platforms
  • Manage and optimise the Adtech and Martech stack to support data-driven marketing outcomes
  • Build and activate audience segments through CDP platforms to support acquisition and retention strategies
  • Lead a structured test-and-learn agenda across media channels, leveraging experimentation to improve performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to align media investment strategy and performance outcomes
  • Translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a performance-focused leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to translate data into commercial outcomes.

Essential:

  • 8–10+ years’ experience in media, media analytics or Adtech/Martech environments
  • Proven experience building measurement frameworks, KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience with analytics, tagging systems and marketing technology platforms (e.g. GA4, Tag Manager, CDPs)
  • Experience designing and running testing frameworks (e.g. A/B, incrementality, uplift studies)
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, data, digital and technology teams
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical specialists
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Analytics or a related field

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of attribution modelling or marketing mix modelling
  • Experience within regulated industries (e.g. financial services or health insurance)
