About the role
We’re seeking enthusiastic and motivated Administration Officers to join our At Home Aged Care team. We have two opportunities available: a 12-month fixed term, part-time role (4 days per week) and a full-time ongoing position.
These roles are central to supporting the delivery of services across Victoria, including Support at Home (SAH) Packages and over 500 Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across SAH and CHSP programs
- Reconcile and process invoices accurately
- Respond to queries via phone and email
- Support package reconciliation and upgrades
- High-volume data entry and record management
- Prepare monthly reports and documentation
About you
- Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or relevant experience
- High proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and accounting software (an advantage)
- Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Experience with Aged Care clients and Home Care Packages
- Familiarity with Carelink or similar software
- Satisfactory completion of a National Criminal Records Check
