Our customer base represents a major growth opportunity.

We’re building a more deliberate Account Management function to help existing customers expand their use of ezyCollect by Sidetrade across products, teams, regions and workflows.

This is a revenue-owning role focused on growth within existing accounts - not just account maintenance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own revenue growth across a portfolio of existing customers
  • Identify, qualify and close upsell, cross-sell, renewal and contract variation opportunities
  • Lead commercial conversations from discovery through pricing, negotiation and close
  • Build strong relationships with finance, operations and commercial stakeholders
  • Partner with Customer Success to convert usage, adoption and account signals into pipeline
  • Work with Marketing on targeted campaigns that create expansion opportunities
  • Feed customer and market insight back to Product and Engineering
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility in HubSpot

What We’re Looking For

You may come from Account Management, Customer Success, or Account Executive backgrounds - but the common thread is that you know how to grow revenue within existing accounts.

We’re Especially Interested In People Who Combine

  • strong relationship management skills
  • commercial confidence in upsell and renewal conversations
  • the ability to speak credibly with finance stakeholders
  • enough product and technical depth to handle detailed customer questions directly

You’ll likely be a strong fit if you have:

  • 2+ years in Account Management, expansion sales, Customer Success with commercial ownership, or a similar consultative SaaS role
  • experience owning renewals, upsells, cross-sells or account expansion targets
  • a track record of hitting quota or revenue goals
  • experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, ERP, accounting tech, or adjacent categories
  • confidence engaging CFOs, finance teams, controllers, or operations leaders
  • the ability to connect product capability to customer outcomes in a clear, commercial way

Bonus points

  • Experience selling to mid-market finance teams
  • Exposure to payments, receivables, AR automation, ERP integrations, or adjacent workflows
  • Experience running commercial account plans, webinars, or account-based campaigns
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
