The Opportunity
Reporting to senior executives and the Project Control Group, you will direct the lifecycle of high-impact, medium-to-large-scale residential projects. You will act as the key driver for project vision, sustainability, and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Development Management: Steer project strategy, manage consultant teams, initiate Planning Proposals/DAs, and oversee the tender and contractor appointment process.
- Financial Management: Lead project budgeting, cash-flow analysis, risk profiling, and feasibility models to ensure target profit margins and economic value are achieved.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with Local Councils, government agencies, joint venture partners, and the broader community.
- Corporate Leadership: Support executive strategy, drive brand development, ensure stringent WHS compliance, and mentor a high-performing development team.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Property Development, Civil Engineering, Town Planning, Construction Architecture, or Property Economics.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing medium-to-large-scale residential developments or infrastructure works from inception to completion.
- Deep commercial acumen with proven ability in feasibility, risk management, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and development management skills.
