Site Supervisor | Commercial Construction

We’re currently seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor to take ownership of a $28m commercial construction project located near Perth Airport. Reporting to the Lead Site Manager, this is a key leadership role delivering a high-profile project for a long-standing client relationship, with the project exceptionally well resourced from both a commercial and operational perspective.

This opportunity would suit a professional Site Supervisor who not only drives programme and subcontractor performance, but is also confident managing stakeholder relationships, project reporting, and site administration to a high standard.

The Client

You'll be joining a tier 2, privately owned commercial & industrial head contractor, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the industrial, commercial, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors. Known for their hands-on leadership team and collaborative approach, they have established themselves as a builder that prioritises strong client relationships, programme certainty, and quality delivery.

The Role

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site labour, ensuring works are completed in accordance with project requirements and specifications.
• Drive site safety, maintain compliance with WHS legislation and lead daily pre-starts and toolbox meetings.
• Monitor construction programmes and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
• Coordinate inspections, quality assurance processes and defect management throughout the build.
• Liaise closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, Contract Administrators, consultants and clients to ensure effective communication and project outcomes.
• Manage site logistics, procurement of materials and the sequencing of trades to maintain productivity.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, safety documentation and progress reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and company standards.
• Foster a positive site culture, lead by example and build strong relationships with project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Site Supervisor
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to paperwork, reporting, and project administration
• Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractor performance effectively
• Strong understanding of programme management, safety, and QA processes
• Stable background working with reputable commercial builders
