Pre-Delivery Coordinator | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane – Eagle Farm

Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking an organised and proactive Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Eagle Farm.

In this role, you will coordinate vehicle preparation activities, liaise with internal departments, and ensure vehicles are delivered on time and presented to Mercedes-Benz standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle preparation and delivery schedules
• Liaise with Sales, Service, Parts and Workshop teams
• Track vehicle progress and delivery timelines
• Ensure vehicles are prepared to a high standard
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation
• Support vehicle logistics and stock movements

About You

• Previous administration, coordination or automotive experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Current driver's licence
