About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Administrator to support our renewable energy projects.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient coordination of administrative functions across the project, supporting both site and project office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and site access for staff and visitors
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and project documentation
  • Maintain project registers, including rosters, directories, and records
  • Provide administrative support across project teams, including document control and reporting
  • Assist with logistics coordination, equipment tracking, and inventory management
  • Support onboarding processes and site compliance requirements
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to resolve day-to-day project matters
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems

About You

  • Previous experience in a project or site administration role, ideally within construction, engineering, or infrastructure
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team
