Join Interactive – Where People Matter Most
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist to manage our front desk in St Leonards. From welcoming guests, coordinating events and keeping the office running smoothly, no two days are the same - you’ll be at the heart of it all.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, professional front-of-house experience
- Maintain office presentation and daily operations
- Support reporting, expense reconciliation and events
- Provide admin support across People & Culture and the business
- Coordinate staff travel bookings
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a busy reception or front-of-house role
- Strong customer service mindset and proactive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Professional communication and presentation
- Availability to work rostered shifts Monday - Friday between 7:30am – 5:00pm
