The Role

As a result of a major transformation program, our client now has an exciting opportunity for a Change Support Officer to contribute to the successful delivery of the Prioritise Veterans' Wellness and Treatment Program.

This role will support change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, and benefits tracking, ensuring staff and the broader community are informed, ready, and supported through change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and maintenance of change management plans, artefacts, and registers
  • Assist in conducting change impact assessments across stakeholders and business areas
  • Support stakeholder engagement activities including workshops and consultations
  • Draft and coordinate communication materials (internal and external audiences)
  • Assist in benefits tracking, reporting, and performance data collection
  • Support training coordination, including materials, scheduling, and feedback analysis
  • Prepare reports, updates, and documentation aligned with governance requirements

Requirements

(ESSENTIAL)

  • Experience supporting change management or project delivery activities
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage documentation, registers, and plans
  • Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Experience supporting reporting, data tracking, or performance measurement

(IDEAL)

  • Experience supporting training coordination or development of learning materials
  • Ability to translate complex information into practical guidance
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Commitment to supporting organisational capability uplift
