About the role
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager with a strong dotted line to the Regional Director of Training, the Regional Education Support Officer will provide high level administrative support to the regional leadership team to assist and enable high quality GP training delivery within Western Australia.
As our Regional Education Support Officer, you'll also:
Deliver comprehensive administration support to regional leadership team, including document preparation, coordination and executive assistance.
Coordinate and manage regional team meetings, planning days, events and conferences (including travel arrangements as needed).
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support regional initiatives, ensuring effective communication and follow-through on key activities and deliverables.
Support the planning and execution of training initiatives/projects, including annual training calendar development, evaluation of education activities, and operational tasks including triaging queries, tracking action items and ensuring compliance with policies.
Assist in planning and delivering regional education events for stakeholders in collaboration with the broader team in WA GP Training and the whole RACGP.
Skills & Experience
Strong administrative experience in a complex organisation (experience working in education delivery is highly desirable)
Clear, professional and proactive communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven ability and confidence to engage with diverse stakeholder groups (internal and external).
Experience supporting or coordinating multiple projects, events, programs or initiatives.
Ability to work within a team and autonomously with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
