Marketing Specialist

Want to own campaigns, not just support them?

We’re looking for a marketer ready to lead brand and customer GTM campaigns end‑to‑end — and build the experience to move into a senior role.

The role

You’ll be at the centre of campaign delivery:

• Own multi‑channel GTM campaigns (digital, retail, trade)

• Keep projects moving — timelines, assets, approvals

• Support product launches from concept to go‑live

• Partner with Sales/National Accounts on promotions and catalogues

• Build and manage a 12‑month marketing calendar

• Bring campaigns to life in‑store and along the path to purchase

• Track results, measure ROI and optimise performance

About you

You’re creative and commercially minded.

• 5+ years in building products, FMCG, electronics or similar

• Experience with trade, retail or B2B customers

• Strong understanding of in‑store / path‑to‑purchase marketing

• Proven end‑to‑end campaign delivery

• Analytical mindset — you think in results

• Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders

This role offers real ownership rather than coordination, with broad exposure across digital, retail and trade channels. You’ll work closely with Sales and senior leaders, and be based in a convenient North Sydney office that’s easy to reach. There’s also room to grow your skills and progress over time.
