We are seeking a Franchise Partnership Manager to join our ANZ Franchising team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Franchising (ANZ), you will play a critical role in driving franchise network growth by attracting, assessing, and onboarding high-quality, values-aligned franchise partners across Australia and New Zealand.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Recruit, attract, assess, and onboard high-quality, values-aligned franchisees into the ANZ network
• Own the end-to-end franchise recruitment process from enquiry through to onboarding,
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective franchisees through proactive sourcing and marketing initiatives
• Partner with internal marketing teams to drive lead generation campaigns and conversion outcomes
• Ensure accurate disclosure, due diligence, and compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct and internal governance requirements
• Coordinate franchisee onboarding and ensure a seamless handover to sales and operations teams
• Act as the key point of contact for prospective and newly onboarded franchisees, providing high-quality relationship management and support
• Resolve or escalate franchisee queries promptly to ensure a positive onboarding experience
• Report on pipeline activity, lead conversion, and recruitment performance, providing insights to leadership
• Continuously improve recruitment, onboarding, and franchise engagement processes to support the LCANZ network

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Experience in franchise recruitment within a multi-site, retail, hospitality, or service-based environment (experience with shareholder or joint venture models highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of franchise models, disclosure obligations, and the Franchising Code of Conduct (essential)
• Proven ability to build, manage, and convert a structured pipeline to achieve growth targets
• Experience managing franchise recruitment, sales, or onboarding processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams, franchise prospects, and external partners
• Highly developed communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Strong organisation, initiative, and time management capability in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with strong compliance and documentation accuracy
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, marketing, or a related discipline (desirable)
