About the role

Tynan Motors has a unique opportunity for a well-presented, enthusiastic and dedicated experienced Sales Executive to join our Mercedes-Benz dealership located in Miranda.

We're seeking a proven performer with a strong track record in both sales volume and delivering outstanding client experiences. In this role, you’ll represent the Mercedes-Benz brand, selling new and pre-owned vehicles as well as Mercedes-Benz Vans. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you’ll act as a trusted brand ambassador, guiding customers through their ownership journey while upholding the premium standards Mercedes-Benz is known for.

Take on an existing database of qualified customers, allowing you to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

  • All aspects of the sales process
  • Selling the benefits and features of our vehicles to our customer
  • Achieving individual sales KPI'S
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz brand
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while assisting our clients to find the right vehicle

About you

  • Passionate about the automotive industry and the Mercedes-Benz brand
  • Prestige brand experience; ideally Mercedes-Benz - highly regarded
  • Car Sales experience - minimal 2 years’ experience (preferably prestige)
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
  • Motivated and process driven
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to create a positive working environment
  • Immaculately presented
  • NSW Driver's License (Manual and Automatic)
  • Must be able to work Saturdays when required as per roster
