Employment: Full-time, 6 months fixed term contract with opportunity to extend upon mutual agreement.

Reports to: Acquisition Manager

As a key temporary support within the Individual Giving Team, you will assist in the coordination and delivery of individual giving activities across donor acquisition and retention programs. This includes supporting campaigns in appeals and face-to-face programs that contribute to raising vital funds for children in the world’s most vulnerable communities. In this role, you will provide operational and administrative support to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently across multiple channels, with a strong focus on data accuracy, supporter experience, and revenue outcomes. You will contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day activities while gaining exposure to a range of fundraising streams and channels in a dynamic team environment.

KEY DUTIES

  • Coordinate email briefs for appeals and comms;
  • Coordinate external and internal stakeholders to support the Single Giving and Regular Giving programs;
  • Coordinate timely thank you letters, emails and donor stewardship communications;
  • Prepare simple donor reports from CRM;
  • Coordinate data checking process for appeals ensuring data extraction is accurate as per selection criteria;
  • Support donor retention and upgrade strategies (Single Giving to Regular Giving, Single Giving to Mid Value level);
  • Support Regular Giving administrative duties, data selection and supply duties for telemarketing campaigns;
  • Support process improvements and documentation of fundraising procedures
  • Support systems projects as required
  • Other Ad-Hoc support as directed by Acquisition Manager
  • Remain alert and responsive to any child safeguarding risks, acquire relevant knowledge and skills to promote strong safeguarding practices, understand the child safeguarding policy and procedures, and conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the Child Safeguarding Policy

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant business related discipline;
  • 1-2 years’ experience in direct marketing or fundraising;
  • Experience working within complex databases and CRMs, ideally Salesforce;
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders;
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills

Remuneration Package

Leave
