The Role

At Harmony Early Education Varsity Lakes, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator and Assistant Educator to join our team and become part of a service that truly values its people. We pride ourselves on having a dedicated non-contact leadership team that is present, approachable and available to support educators every day. From mentoring and coaching to helping on the floor when needed, our leadership team is committed to ensuring our educators feel empowered, supported and set up for success.

The relationships we have built with our families are something we are incredibly proud of, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional experiences for children and their families.

We are passionate about providing children with a rich and engaging learning environment through our strong indoor-outdoor program, where children have the freedom to explore, discover and learn throughout the day. Our environments are designed to offer endless opportunities for sensory exploration, creativity, risk-taking, movement, nature-based play and meaningful interactions. We believe learning happens everywhere, and our educators are supported to create experiences that spark curiosity and foster a genuine love of learning from the very beginning.

As our Lead Educator, you will lead a team within one of our Under 3 learning environments, creating a warm, nurturing and engaging space where children can thrive. You will be supported by an experienced Educational Leader, Assistant Director and Centre Director who are invested in your professional growth and committed to helping you achieve your career goals. Whether you're looking to further develop your leadership skills or take the next step in your career, Harmony offers genuine opportunities for progression and development.

About You

You Also Have

• Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (or studying)
• A commitment to child and cultural safety
• An understanding of reporting obligations
• A collaborative, inclusive approach
