About the opportunity
We’re looking for a highly motivated professional to manage, support, and enhance our Workday platform, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service across the organisation.
If you have experience in Workday Core HCM, Recruitment and Compensation and are ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Workday Core HCM
Maintain and support Workday Core HCM modules, including worker data, organisational structures, and business processes
Ensure data integrity and accuracy, maintaining a reliable HR system
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, providing top-notch user support.
Stay up to date with Workday releases and implement relevant updates
Workday Recruitment
Maintain and support Workday Recruitment and Onboarding modules
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, delivering high-quality user support
Stay up to date with Workday releases and implement relevant updates
What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Experience / Qualifications in business or related discipline
Experience or knowledge of the health sector (desirable)
Proven experience supporting Workday solutions, particularly Core HCM and Recruitment (Compensation experience highly regarded)
Experience managing system upgrades, testing, or major enhancements
Strong knowledge of the Workday platform (certification desirable)
Thorough understanding of the employee end-to-end lifecycle and business processes across Mercy Health
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in system configuration
Ability to operate at both tactical and strategic levels
Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
