We’re looking for a passionate Learning & Organisational Development Advisor to join our team and deliver practical, people‑centred learning solutions that build capability and support business outcomes. This role reports to the Senior L&OD Business Partner and plays a key part in enhancing onboarding, leadership development and continuous learning across the division.

As our Learning & Organisational Development Advisor, you will partner closely with leadership teams to deliver high-quality learning & organisational development programs and initiatives that address the key needs of the business.

In this role, you will have a key focus on:

  • Delivering engaging and impactful induction/onboarding programs across our brands, creating a positive, engaging new‑starter experience, aligned with our culture and values
  • Partnering with leaders to identify learning, capability and culture needs, supporting the prioritisation and delivery of L&OD initiatives aligned to divisional goals
  • Facilitating high-quality learning experiences across virtual, face-to-face and blended environments, ensuring strong engagement and measurable outcomes
  • Supporting frontline leaders to build essential leadership capabilities and confidence in their role
  • Supporting the implementation and administration of learning programs through the Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting and stakeholder support
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the Personal Injury division and broader MedHealth group.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in learning, organisational development, HR, talent or capability ideally in an advisory capacity
  • Experience coordinating and delivering learning, onboarding, leadership or capability initiatives end‑to‑end (planning, delivery, evaluation)
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills across diverse audiences and delivery modes
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, deliver projects to timelines and take ownership of outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to use data and insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Experience working with learning systems (LMS)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment
