What's the role?

The Client Support Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the sales teams in delivering revenue by providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within the media industry.

This role encompasses various responsibilities, including processing orders, coordinating media schedules, delivering successful client campaigns and facilitating administrative tasks to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting client feedback and testimonials to gauge satisfaction.
  • Support the team in monitoring and improving response times for enquiries and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the efficient and accurate processing of orders, including entry, confirmation, and tracking.
  • Help ensure advertising campaigns adhere to media schedules and placements.
  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of data within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Support the tracking and completion of various administrative tasks and responsibilities.
  • Gather feedback from the frontline sales team regarding the administrative support provided.

Who are you?

  • A keen interest in providing administrative support, ideally with some exposure to sales or client-facing environments.
  • A desire to deliver excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • A willingness to learn how to address team requests, resolve issues, and build client relationships.
  • Developing administrative skills, including organisation, time management, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) is a bonus, but a readiness to learn is key.
  • Basic proficiency in generating reports, creating presentations, and managing data in spreadsheets.
