People & Culture Advisor | 12 month FTC | Kew

We’re looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join the team and partner closely with senior leaders across the business. This is a hands-on generalist role where you’ll deliver practical, commercial people solutions and drive key initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with senior leaders and people managers to deliver consistent, commercial P&C support
• Drive and support key initiatives across performance, engagement and development
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, including grievance management
• Support and deliver learning & development initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• HR or Business-related degree
• Strong generalist HR experience, including employee relations and grievance management capability
• Experience supporting or facilitating L&D initiatives
• Commercial mindset with financial acumen
• Proven experience supporting and developing people leaders
• Strong MS Office capability (intermediate–advanced)
