People & Culture Delivery Partner

We currently have an opportunity for a People & Culture Delivery Partner to join our team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of impactful People & Culture programs and projects across Bendigo Hospital. Reporting to the Head of P&C, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services and people strategy.

Please note this is a 6 month contract based out of Bendigo Hospital.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Partnering with leaders and People & Culture teams to deliver key people initiatives, annual cycles, and strategic HR projects.
  • Leading and coordinating People & Culture projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment to timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes.
  • Supporting cyclical activities such as performance, remuneration, and talent processes to ensure smooth and consistent delivery.
  • Providing trusted advice, coaching, and guidance to leaders on employee relations, industrial relations, and people matters.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting change initiatives that enhance engagement, capability, and business performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a generalist People & Culture or HR role, with exposure to project-based environments and annual HR cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, and best practice people management approaches.
  • Confidence in coaching and supporting leaders, with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
