At Crown Perth, we’re seeking a highly organised Sales Executive to support our Hotels and Events & Conferences portfolios. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven opportunity where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who thrives managing competing priorities while delivering exceptional outcomes.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the resort’s sales strategy while managing contracted accounts, new business opportunities, and key administrative processes. You’ll work across multiple portfolios, ensuring seamless coordination between hotels, events and conference spaces.

This role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to balance commercial priorities with high-volume administrative and contract work .

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain contracted accounts and support new business opportunities
  • Coordinate contracts, bookings and system updates across hotel and event portfolios
  • Work across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales activity
  • Support sales plans, reporting, forecasts and budget preparation
  • Maintain accurate systems management (Amadeus Advanced & Opera)
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support across sales processes and documentation
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to drive commercial outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to work across multiple portfolios and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong resilience and adaptability in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail , particularly with contracts and administrative processes
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to support sales outcomes
  • Experience in hotels, events, or sales environments highly regarded
