KONE Doors Business is looking for a committed Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Mascot, Sydney NSW.
Our Customer Service Team is committed to delivering an exceptional service to our internal and external customers, ensuring timely and efficient support. You will provide administrative support to the sales team and supervisors, enabling them to maximise the time they spend with our customers.
What will you be doing?
Act as the primary liaison between the offshore team and customers, ensuring clear communication and efficient issue resolution
Process customer requests promptly and coordinate with the billing team for invoice cancellations and credit note creation when required
Provide support with contract administration and purchase order management
Take full ownership of customer queries, ensuring timely follow-up and successful resolution
Maintain and update customer data, ensuring accuracy through changes and corrections
Generate and deliver reports for Key Accounts to support business insights and decision-making
Manage safety compliance and site access documentation for personnel, ensuring all requirements are up to date
What are we looking for?
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing customer experience
High attention to detail, with the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with SAP and Salesforce systems is advantageous, but not essential
