Key Responsibilities
As a Conference & Events Leader you will be responsible for supervising and organising the operations of small to medium events including; reviewing run sheets, liaising and meeting with the client, set up and pack down of events, supervising and directing colleagues and service delivery, and ensuring superior service, quality and ultimately a seamless event experience. As a calm, organised and guest-orientated leader you will ensure a visible management approach to ensure smooth and seamless events - that build great memories for our clients, their guests and our colleagues.
As our Conference and Events Attendants you will work with an array of exciting clients and events to deliver superior service for a variety of events including cocktail and tray service, opulent plated dinners and banquets, innovative pool side events and client & business meetings. You will provide friendly, attentive and efficient service - always responding with urgency to guest requests and ensuring teamwork to deliver our bespoke service.
Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in the Leadership roles you will have been in the same or similar position at a luxury hotel or Function and Event Centre and proven experience leading teams to meet a level of high performance across service and operational commitments. Other key attributes we are looking for include:
- Passion for service and providing superior hospitality
- Goof interpersonal and communication skills
- Good attitude and willing to learn

- Responsible Service of Alcohol
