We are currently seeking an experienced and inspiring Store Manager to lead our beautiful Adelaide Arcade Store – a place where every customer visit is an experience to remember.

About the Role

As the Store Manager, you’ll be the heart and soul of our Adelaide Arcade store. You’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver immersive and elevated experiences to every customer, every day. You'll be responsible for all operational aspects of the store while driving commercial performance, maintaining high visual and service standards, and cultivating a vibrant team culture.

️ Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Lead from the floor to deliver a warm, immersive and memorable Koko Black journey.
• Visual Excellence: Ensure the impeccable presentation of chocolates, beverages, and merchandising.
• Leadership & Culture: Recruit, train and develop a passionate team aligned with our values.
• Performance & Productivity: Drive store performance, manage labour and stock effectively, and deliver on sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with food safety, OH&S, governance, and cash handling policies.
• Communication: Foster collaboration with your team and communicate priorities clearly.
