Perth South of the River | Growing Logistics Business
An established and growing transport and logistics business is seeking an experienced Transport Scheduler to join its operations team based south of the river as part of their fuel division
This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating daily transport activities, optimising fleet utilisation and ensuring customers receive a safe, reliable and professional service. Working closely with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in maintaining efficient operations across a busy transport network.

Key Responsibilities
- Planning and scheduling daily transport operations
- Allocating drivers, vehicles and delivery runs
- Monitoring fleet utilisation and operational performance
- Coordinating customer orders and delivery requirements
- Managing fatigue compliance and transport documentation
- Developing efficient load plans and delivery schedules
- Liaising with drivers, customers and operational teams
- Coordinating vehicle servicing and maintenance requirements
- Supporting site inductions and compliance processes
- Promoting a strong safety culture across the operation
- Assisting with after-hours operational requirements when required
About You
- Previous experience in transport scheduling, fleet allocation or logistics coordination
- Sound understanding of transport operations and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and fatigue management principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and transport management systems
Desirable Experience
- Fuel, dangerous goods or bulk haulage experience
- WA Heavy Vehicle Accreditation knowledge
- Exposure to fleet maintenance planning
- Experience working in a high-volume transport environment
