About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to run our upcoming commercial projects (includes civil works) across our sites within Ipswich region.

Job Tasks And Responsibilities

• Daily communication with the Project Manager regarding works in progress.
• Direction of crew including subcontractors.
• Ensuring a continuous and active site presence to manage site personnel and machinery.
• Controlling and signing off on deliveries.
• Ensuring efficient production and quality of works from subcontractors.
• Explaining the Key Performance Indicators to all onsite staff.

Your experience in all of the following areas will be highly regarded:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the commercial landscape industry.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Trade Qualification in Horticulture and/or Landscape Construction.
• QBCC License- Landscape Structural Site Supervisor Licence (desirable).
• Working at Heights & Yellow Card (desirable).
• First Aid + CPR Qualified (desirable).
• Sound knowledge of horticulture.
• Processing purchase orders, timesheets, budget tracking and associated site paperwork accurately is essential.
• Experience with concrete placement, masonry works, paving and timber work.
