What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You present yourself as a registered nurse with current authority to practise through AHPRA and ANMAC, someone who brings strong clinical capability and confidence to an acute hospital environment. You’re able to draw on well‑developed nursing knowledge and hands‑on experience to deliver safe, effective care, and you approach complex situations with a calm, solutions‑focused mindset that supports the best possible outcomes for your patients. You communicate clearly and professionally, using technology, documentation and interpersonal skills to ensure information flows smoothly across the care team. You coordinate patient care in a multidisciplinary setting with an organised, outcome‑driven approach, and you contribute high‑level clinical expertise within the perioperative environment, including trauma. You’re also adaptable and committed to service needs, participating fully in a seven‑day rotating roster, public holiday coverage and on‑call requirements.
