About The Role

This role puts you at the centre of how Bunnings shows up across social, leading the creation of content that reaches and resonates with millions of customers every day. As Senior Social Production Lead, you’ll shape how ideas come to life across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts, blending creativity with performance to drive real impact.

Working within the Creative & Production team, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end content creation while collaborating closely with Marketing, PR, Merchandising and external partners. This is a hands-on leadership role with plenty of variety - balancing planning, production and optimisation in a fast-moving environment.

This is a hands-on production role where you’ll be close to the work, shaping ideas and creating content rather than solely managing posting schedules or outsourcing execution

What’s Involved

  • Lead end-to-end creation of social content - from idea through to delivery
  • Shape how content is captured so it’s built for each platform from the start
  • Grow internal creator capability and help scale production effectively
  • Partner across teams and with agencies to deliver engaging, on-brand content
  • Use insights and trends to refine content and improve performance
  • Contribute to a collaborative, fast-moving production environment
  • Actively involved in production, including filming, crafting and refining content where needed

About You

You’re someone who enjoys turning ideas into content that people genuinely connect with.

You’re comfortable working at pace, balancing creativity with delivery, and collaborating with others to bring work to life.

You build strong relationships, communicate clearly and know how to bring people along with you - whether that’s stakeholders, creators or agency partners. You take a practical approach, stay curious about what’s changing in the social space, and are motivated by seeing your work land with customers.

You’ll bring strong creative judgement, a good eye for content and practical production skills, with the confidence and willingness to get into the detail when it matters.

You’ll need

  • Experience delivering high-performing social content for established brands
  • Strong understanding of key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
  • Hands-on content production experience (filming, editing and delivery)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder and partner management skills
  • A practical, insight-led approach to improving content performance

You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
