About The Role

Join a high-performing Technology & Transformation team delivering a major ServiceNow Replatform program at Suncorp. In this role, you will design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions that support critical business services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, deliver reliable outcomes, and support an enterprise-wide implementation.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, applications and integrations that support business and operational objectives across the organisation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, engineers and project teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, completing root cause analysis and implementing preventative improvements.
• Contribute to agile delivery practices including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise platform capability and system performance.
• Work with stakeholders across Technology and the business to ensure solutions align to strategic objectives and customer outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow development.
• ServiceNow Platform experience (Required)
• ServiceNow experience in the following modules (Highly desired)
• IT Service Management (mandatory)
• ITOM Visibility (Discovery) (preferred)
• Vulnerability Response
• Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Event Management
• Finance & Procurement
• Virtual Agent (highly regarded)
• Now Assist
• Experience with ServiceNow platform components such as Service Portal, Flow Designer, Business Rules and UI Actions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS and web technologies to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments, contributing to iterative delivery and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse technical challenges and deliver effective outcomes in a team environment.
