Experience required

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst within project delivery, transformation, or system integration environments.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and data mapping, including interpreting complex or incomplete mappings and translating them into usable outputs. Strong understanding of integration delivery concepts, including interfaces, source-to-target mappings, data transformation, business rules, and system dependencies.
• Ability to trace and validate data across multiple layers (e.g. source, transformed, and curated data) to ensure accuracy of outputs.
• Experience supporting technical delivery teams through the full project lifecycle, including discovery, scope definition, design, build, testing, and implementation.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders and translate complex information into clear, structured, and actionable artefacts.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience in financial services, wealth, superannuation, or other regulated environments will be highly regarded.
• Experience working with reporting or BI tools to build or recreate reports from underlying data will be highly regarded (e.g. Pentaho or similar tools).
