We are seeking an experienced Business / Technical Analyst to support a large-scale transformation program, helping transition from legacy platforms to a modern finance solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Develop business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Map current and future-state business processes
- Support system integration, data migration, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
- Assist with UAT, defect management, and implementation activities
- Maintain project documentation, process maps, and governance artefacts
About You
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
- Proven background in transformation, migration, or integration projects
- Experience working across both business and technical teams
- Knowledge of process mapping tools (BPMN, Visio) and Azure DevOps
- Data analysis experience; SQL skills highly regarded
- Experience within education, government, or public sector environments is advantageous
Desirable
- Experience with finance systems transformation programs
- Exposure to data migration and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Relevant Business Analysis or Agile certifications
