Are you a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Do you enjoy managing multiple customers at once, handling objections, and driving outcomes from start to finish?
Smartgroup is growing and we’re looking for Novated Leasing Consultants to join our high-performing Sales teams in Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of customers
- Own the end-to-end sales process from initial enquiry through to settlement
- Confidently handle outbound engagement and objections to drive conversion
- Provide novated lease quotes and support customers through finance applications
- Build strong relationships while delivering excellent customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate updates and follow-ups using our CRM system
- Identify and action cross-sell and upsell opportunities
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in B2C sales roles with a strong focus on targets and conversion
- Demonstrated ability to manage a busy, multi-customer pipeline
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (e.g. contact centre, phone-based sales)
- Strong objection handling and ability to engage customers in sales conversations
- Highly organised with strong pipeline, follow-up and CRM discipline
- Confident communicator who can simplify complex information for customers
- Self-motivated, proactive and driven to achieve results
- Experience in novated leasing, automotive, or financial services is preferrable
