About the role

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for a major health-sector transformation, supporting complex technology delivery aligned to hospital build and expansion initiatives.

You will take ownership of the testing strategy and delivery across multiple workstreams, partnering with technical teams, vendors and senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes, robust governance, and smooth go-lives in a highly regulated environment.

Required skills

• Proven experience as a Test Manager leading large-scale programs (multiple workstreams, vendors, dependencies)
• Health sector experience (public or private) with strong understanding of clinical/operational risk and quality expectations
• Demonstrated experience supporting hospital build / hospital expansion projects (e.g., new facilities, major redevelopments, commissioning-related technology enablement)
• Strong test governance: test strategy, test plan, resourcing, RAID, reporting, milestone management
• Hands-on leadership across SIT / UAT / Regression / End-to-End testing, including entry/exit criteria and defect triage
• Solid understanding of integrated enterprise environments (interfaces, data flows, downstream impacts)
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills—able to work with senior business leaders and delivery teams in complex environments
• Experience with test tooling (e.g., Jira/Confluence and test management tools such as Zephyr/Xray/HP ALM or equivalent)
• Excellent documentation skills (test artefacts, traceability, status reporting, governance packs)
