Site Supervisor

Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver critical water infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to take the lead in the day-to-day delivery of water infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements.

In this role, you'll be the driving force on site, coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant, materials, and equipment to keep projects moving while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, environmental compliance, and client satisfaction.

Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers, you'll play a key role in planning and executing construction activities, resolving challenges as they arise, and ensuring resources are in the right place at the right time. You'll provide leadership to site teams, support a culture of collaboration and accountability, and build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Beyond the day-to-day site management responsibilities, you'll contribute to project planning, risk management, programme improvements, and continuous innovation in how work is delivered. You'll also be responsible for ensuring all site activities meet legislative, contractual, and organisational requirements while helping drive outstanding project outcomes.

You're a proven construction leader who knows how to bring people together, solve problems, and keep projects progressing safely and efficiently.

You may bring:

• Extensive supervisory experience within construction, civil infrastructure, or utilities environments
• Previous experience leading site-based teams and coordinating subcontractors
• Experience planning, organising, and delivering construction works from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality requirements, and environmental management practices
• Experience managing site safety, risk assessments, and compliance requirements
• The ability to interpret project documentation and contribute to practical project delivery solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and maintain positive working relationships

Ideally, you'll hold a qualification in frontline management or a related discipline, along with any licences and certifications required for the role.
