Reporting to the Head of Operations & People, the People and Culture Leader will play a critical role in developing organisational capability, supporting leaders, and fostering a high-performing workplace culture. Leading a People & Culture Coordinator, responsibilities will include:
- Providing strategic and operational advice across employee relations, performance management, workplace legislation, policies, and employment conditions.
- Designing and delivering leadership development initiatives, supporting learning and development programs, and driving a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Leading end-to-end talent acquisition activities, workforce planning initiatives, organisational change projects, and people-focused improvement programs that support business growth and performance.
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline and possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a broad generalist People & Culture role. They will demonstrate strong knowledge of workplace relations legislation, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and learning and development. Experience coaching and mentoring leaders, driving organisational change, interpreting awards and employment conditions, and working with HR Information Systems is essential. Return to Work Coordinator certification will be highly regarded.
