The Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead technology‑focused consulting engagements for major mining and resources clients.

As a result of ongoing demand across large‑scale transformation programs, we are seeking experienced Project Managers with strong mining industry backgrounds to deliver end‑to‑end outcomes while maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Duties / Typical Day / Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology‑focused consulting engagements
• Own project governance, delivery assurance, and quality outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior sponsors, stakeholders, and operational teams
• Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimised client outcomes
• Shape and present business cases, delivery roadmaps, and change plans
• Ensure projects deliver agreed business outcomes and are referenceable for the client
• Operate confidently across the full project lifecycle using appropriate delivery methodologies

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering projects in the technology systems domain
• Strong background in mining, resources, or energy environments
• Proven experience operating in an advisory / consulting capacity
• Demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle and multiple delivery methodologies
• Ability to develop, document, and present robust business cases and value propositions
• Experience delivering projects within supply chain, resources, or energy sector systems
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving skills
