- The role operates on a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays, supporting a 24/7 public service
- You’ll be trained to manage a range of situations professionally, including working with people in custody and responding calmly in challenging environments
- You will carry operational equipment and must meet training and safety standards throughout your career
- Training is structured and designed to build confidence, capability, and sound judgement, with study components outside rostered hours
- Applicants must be able to meet medical, fitness, and background requirements as part of the recruitment process
