Our digital media channels include YouTube and Social (Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest), BVOD, and Display.

You will build trusted and influential relationships with our external agency clients to maximise our existing agency revenue and drive a whole new era of brand campaign revenue for Cartology. Key responsibilities:

  • Market Leading Agency profile (NSW and VIC): this is an ‘in market’ role leading from the front to drive adoption of our suite of existing and new media products, transitioning over time to a sales enablement role partnering with our agency sales team.

  • Commercial Growth Strategy: As we carefully build out sustainable media products to meet our agency customers where they are, you will be a key part of this evolution through your demonstrable expertise in similar roles and core understanding of balancing Woolworths Group needs with our media customer’s requirements.

  • Programmatic Ad tech and Data expertise: You will have a passion for programmatic ad tech and 1PD audience targeting and measurement solutions, you will work with our internal product teams to contribute requirements to the product roadmap.

  • Sales Enablement: partner with our agency sales team, to train, upskill and simplify complex products ensuring great client experience and outcomes.

  • Commercial Strategy: own the commercial strategy and go to market for Cartology Off Network to engage with our agency partners in new ways. You will partner with Cartology’s agency sales leadership roles to understand the agency market and how our offerings can excel for agencies and their clients.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: A stakeholder management rock star you will partner with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Woolies DMA - Digita Media Agency) to ensure seamless internal workflows and revenue delivery.

What you'll bring

  • Significant prior experience in scaling digital advertising products on the buy side (agency) or sell side (publishers / data owners) environment would be advantageous.

  • Deep technical knowledge of the programmatic landscape, the partners that enable it and the processes and workflows needed to make digital paid media seamless.

  • Demonstrated experience and track record in data/data strategies and first party data digital media products and solutions from insights, to activation to measurement. Comfortable presenting and discussing with all levels of agency organisation from CTO to junior planner.

  • A well rounded ‘contemporary’ retail media skillset. You understand retail, the media landscape and why this category is booming and where it's heading in the next 5 years.

  • Navigating the organisation. Successful internal and external partnering and broad stakeholder management, coupled with an understanding of ‘getting things done’ in a large matrix corporate organisation.

  • High EQ and ability to listen, be a team member with empathy, looking to collaborate with and support and mentor junior members where possible.

What you'll experience

  • A commitment to flexibility through a hybrid working model which combines time spent at a support office or hub and time working from home, supporting both in-person connection and balancing the flexibility that remote working provides for our teams.

  • High-impact role supporting our teams who enrich our communities.
