Step into a dynamic geoscience role where you’ll combine technical expertise with innovation to shape energy insights. You will:

  • Lead impactful geoscience studies with a focus on basin analysis, seismic interpretation, and petroleum systems modelling.
  • Transform complex data into insights by compiling, interpreting, and delivering high-quality maps, reports, and digital outputs.
  • Contribute to end-to-end project delivery, from design and planning through to execution, including field programs.
  • Apply cutting-edge expertise across seismic interpretation, geophysical methods (gravity & magnetics), basin modelling, and 3D geoscience.
  • Champion data quality and innovation, driving improvements in data validation and assurance practices.
  • Support and mentor talent, helping to grow the capability of emerging geoscientists and broader teams.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders, collaborating with government, industry, and academia while presenting key findings.

Qualifications & Licenses

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in geoscience with an emphasis in basin studies, seismic geophysics and petroleum systems.
  • Post graduate qualifications in petroleum/energy geoscience and industry experience in petroleum exploration would be an advantage.
