Deliverables

• Capture high-quality video footage of real estate, builder, and commercial properties on location.
• Operate a Sony camera (preferably full frame) with a wide lens (minimum 17mm) and gimbal for smooth, professional shots.
• Deliver edited or raw footage as required by project specifications.
• Collaborate with the studio team to ensure all client requirements are met.
• Provide examples of previous work to demonstrate expertise and style.
• Optional: Capture aerial footage using a drone if available.

Requirements

• Proven experience shooting real estate or builder projects.
• Ownership of a Sony camera (full frame preferred), wide lens (at least 17mm), and gimbal.
• Valid ABN for contractor work in Australia.
• Ability to work on-site in Mentone East, Australia.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant video projects.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Drone operation experience is a plus.
