About the Role
As our State Manager – VIC , you will lead end-to-end state operations across restoration and emergency response services, overseeing field teams, upervisors, coordinators and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery. You will drive operational and financial performance, support complex project delivery, and play a key role in shaping team capability, customer outcomes and business growth within a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and embed a strong culture of safety, compliance and operational accountability
- Oversee state operations including restoration and catastrophe response delivery
- Drive financial performance including revenue, invoicing and debtor management
- Lead, develop and mentor Supervisors, Technicians and support teams
- Manage escalated technical and operational issues across complex projects
- Strengthen client relationships and support business development initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies
About You
- Proven leadership experience in restoration, insurance building or similar industries
- Strong background in operational management and team leadership
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and financial performance
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship skills
- Strong problem-solving ability in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Commitment to safety leadership and operational excellence
